Return & Refund Policy

At Seguma, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. We offer a return or exchange option within 30 days from the date of purchase.



Seguma 12 Months Warranty:
Seguma covers a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. During this time, If there is any manufacturing defect or workmanship problem with the EV accessories you have purchased, Our dedicated team will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We also offer an order adjustment service if your order has not shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, Please email us at support@evseguma.com as long as it has not shipped.
Return or Resend

We offer a 30-day guarantee on receipt, which means you can request a return within 30 days of your order. We must informed of any return requests within 30 days of the date the customer places the order.
Within 30 days after Seguma shipped out the goods, Seguma is responsible for all postage costs of reason “quality problem” or” wrong shipping”
The customer is responsible for all postage (Both we ship to you and your return freight) and warehousing charges for "wrong purchase" or "no longer need"
After 30 days, Seguma reserves the right to refuse the return request and only accept the exchange request. The customer shall bear all costs of the exchange.


Return/Exchange Steps:

1. We have warehouses in the Amazon and China. Please contact us first for a return or exchange.

2. We will send you the return address after confirmation. Please wait for the return.

3. After we receive the return and check the package that there is no problem, we will resend the order or make a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via support@evseguma.com for more information.

If it is due to product quality problems or the wrong goods have been sent, we will bear all return postage; if it is caused by the customer purchasing the product incorrectly or no longer needs it, the customer must be responsible for the return postage.



All return postage charges are based on actual costs paid.

If the tracking of the products shows they never arrived according to the couriers' official website, we will take full responsibility and offer you a full refund.

If the products arrived damaged, please send us clear photos with the packaging that includes the shipping label, and we will offer you a refund.

If you request a return, please contact us by email. We will reply to you within 24 hours to meet your request.



Exceptions / non-returnable items

Used or damaged by customers cannot be returned, we also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Please note that we accept returns within 30 days of placing your order. Our return service will not apply after 30 days of placing the order.



2. Resend:

If the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ). We are willing to resend the correct product for you.
If the item is defective due to transportation issues (such as damaged items). We can reissue a new product for you that you just bear part of the shipping cost.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within three business days. Please remember it can take three business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

However, we do have a fee for restocking the returned items, which amounts to 20% of the product's original price, if you return the goods.

We implement this fee to cover the costs associated with restocking, including inspecting the product's integrity, repackaging, repricing, and inventory management.
